Squadron Events

The Squadron sails (or cruises) every month on the third Sunday, launching at Lotus Bay boat ramp at 10.00am. Route and destination are usually decided on the day.

The Squadron members meet regularly on the Monday evening prior to sailing day. Meetings are held at Canberra Southern Cross Yacht Club, the meeting beginning at 8.00pm.

Members enjoy several interstate events during the year, attending regattas and shows in Geelong, Goolwa, Davistown, Hobart, Sydney and Narooma. An annual run to Nelligen on the Clyde has been added to the calendar.

The Squadron also takes part in events with the Jaguar Club, National Museum of Australia PS Enterprise, Breakfast with the Balloons, Floriade, Sea Scouts, Canoe Club.
